CRAZY LITTLE THING CALLED LOVE
This three week series took a candid look at various real life issues relating to love, relationships, being single and being married.
|
US
This series considered how we can do life together in a way that creates the very environments for friendship to happen. This "Us" series was like a relationship primer - the undercoat we need to help friendship stick. By taking an in-depth look at authentic, meaningful and God-honoring relationships, we aim to be empowered to be a friend instead of simply "doing" church. |
EASTERGRAM
For hundreds of years, Christians have recognized the season of Lent as enriching our worship and deepening our faith in God. Lent is known as a time of prayer, repentance, and recommitment leading up to the celebration of Christ’s resurrection at Easter.
With ‘Eastergram’ we looked at snapshots of the remarkable love and grace lavished on us by God through Jesus’ death and resurrection. A special GCC devotional was available (click here), that follows the same themes as our Sunday Eastergram teaching. |
JONAH
This series finished on Sunday 8 Feb and was a meaty story of a man of God with a major boundary problem. We did some significant reflecting as we navigated it’s terrain about God, ourselves, and the world around us.

ESSENTIAL GENES
Genes affect much of who we are. Our naturally straight or curly hair, height, and even the way we smile or laugh is very much linked to the genes that are contained in each of the 37.2 trillion cells in the average human body. Much like ourselves, churches have essential traits – genes – necessary to be healthy and growing. In this series, we took a microscope to examine these traits to ensure they are part and parcel of who we are. |
