Pastor Tony and Victoria Romero from the Victory Outreach Church in South Auckland have a vision to expand their Rehabilitation Home into a larger facility for 'P' addicts. 'P' is having a negative effect on individuals and families. With this in mind and the desire to impact our community for Christ, GCC is working alongside them as they offer hope to the hopeless.
